Split Ridge Pole

This is the option to have us split the ridge pole of your Awning frame and fit a metal cuff for re-assembly. Split poles may be useful for transport and storgae of your awning.
We cut the longest pole (the ridge pole) in half, reducing the length from 4.4m to 2 x lengths of 2.2m. The two halves can be easily fitted back together again during set-up by the use of the metal cuff.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Guarantee
We guarantee that we will, at our option, replace defective goods supplied by the us or repair the same, subject to a claim being made in writing to us within 3 months after the sale, time to be of the essence. Our obligations to repair or replace the goods is the sole liability of The Canvas Awning Company as regards the quality, fitness or description of the goods and their correspondence with sample or specification. All other representations, warranties, conditions, terms and statements, express or implied are excluded.
We will consider refunding the purchase price of defective goods supplied by us if a claim is made in writing to us within 3 months after the sale, these goods have not been used or damaged and replacement or repair is deemed unsuitable by us.
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to property or persons howsoever arising from the sale, use or installation of the goods or from any defect in the goods. In no event shall any failure of any kind on the part of The Canvas Awning Company give rise to any liability for loss of revenue, or any other consequential loss or damage arising from any reason whatsoever except in so far as we are not permitted to exclude liability by law.
